Terms of Use and Privacy Policy Consent – Upon Registration
By completing the registration, I declare that:

I have read and accept the Provider's Terms of Service (TOS) and Privacy Policy, and I acknowledge them as binding.

I acknowledge that the Provider acts in two data processing roles while operating the cloud-based SaaS system:
1. As a Data Controller
Regarding the data of its own users (tenants) such as name, email, billing data.
2. As a Data Processor
Regarding the data of third parties (clients) and company employees uploaded to the system by the tenants, to which the Provider only has technical access.

I acknowledge that the lawful processing of employee and third-party data is the sole responsibility of the tenant (company manager).

I acknowledge that data is processed logically separated (tenant-based).
Limitation of Liability and Warranty

Exclusion of Liability for Damages: The Provider excludes all liability for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the software, including but not limited to:
- Financial loss resulting from incorrectly recorded working time or cost calculation.
- Loss of business profit or production downtime.
- Damages resulting from data loss or temporary server downtime.

"As Is" Principle: The service is provided by the Provider on an "as is" basis. The Provider does not guarantee the uninterrupted operation of the software and does not warrant that the software meets the specific, individual needs of the User.
Intellectual Property

The complete source code, graphical appearance, internal logical structure, and operating mechanism of the Snapinify Job Manager software are the exclusive intellectual property of the Provider. Reverse engineering or copying the system is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in immediate account deletion and legal action.
System Messages and Governing Law

Communication: I acknowledge that based on the contractual relationship, the Provider is entitled to send so-called transactional and system messages (e.g., account activation, password reminder, technical maintenance), which are essential for the operation of the service.
☑️
Jurisdiction: Since the Provider is headquartered in the United Kingdom, this agreement and the use of the service are governed by the Laws of England and Wales.
